Real Estate Development and Management BSc, MSc and Doctorate Programs are offered by the Department of Real Estate Development and Management in Ankara University. It is aimed for the participants to gain analysis and strategy development form the aspect of different sector players like real estate planners, owners, investors, finance, accounting, business owners and users. Graduate education and research priorities and topics are as follows: real estate valuation (appraisal) techniques and practices, real estate project development and project appraisal, real estate project management and supervision, the principles of real estate and investment analysis, real estate investment and financing, real estate, development, construction and contract laws and its applications, land economics, management and policies, the acquisition of land for investment projects, land acquisition and resettlement policies and practices, real estate and asset economics, land, facilities and resources management, real estate management, training and professional markets such as commercial real estate, condominium, touristic, medical and educational facilities, co-operative management, analysis of construction projects and costs, sustainable architecture and development, corporate real estate management, risk management and insurance activities in real estate and construction, and so on. The graduate education on Real Estate Development and Management is being offered since 2007 and is accredited by RICS since 2014. The undergraduate program was established in 2016 and students admitted to this program are currently in the 3rd year of the 4-year program therefore the first graduation will be in 2020.

Education on all degrees are offered On-Campus. The Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate Programs are offered during work hours and the Non-Thesis Master's Program is offered during week day evenings and weekends. The BSc, the MSc and the Doctorate are 4 years, 2.5 years and 5 years respectively.
