It’s a first-degree program that is designed to prepare students for careers as facility management professionals. Programme is offered as full-time and as part-time programme.
The program is based on he training profile ‘Profession profile and education profile’, established by LOOFD (the Dutch national federation of Facility Management education providers), which in its turn is based on the IFMA competencies.
Each phase in the program offers modules taught in our school building, and field experience.

Furthermore, modules like CSR, World of FM, Industry dynamics facility management teach the basics of facility management. These modules use real-life assignments and exercises, but are taught within the school building.
Main Phase 1 offers 30 credits of modules and one internship (30 credits). During this internship students experience facility management in the field, as they work for a company for about five months.
Main phase 2, offers 30 credits Integrated Facility Management, and one 30 credits semester (students choose 2 out of 10 modules, e.g. sustainable accommodation, procurement and sales, living technology), a minor (which may be another internship of 30 credits) and the final dissertation (30 credits), based on a real-life assignment from an organization. This assignment is a summation of knowledge, skills and attitude acquired in the program, resulting in an advice at tactical/strategical level.
