The program leading to the Master of Science degree in Construction and Facilities Management is a 30 credit-hour program. The program consists of an 9-credit hour core, and a capstone experience, which may consist of a 6-credit hour graduate research thesis.
UNC Charlotte is consistently ranked as one of the top academic institutions in the Southeast. Charlotte is about a two-hour drive from the mountains and a three hour drive from the coast. The graduate program is supported by faculty with engineering, construction and facilities management experience as well as areas of research interests. We encourage active research with opportunities to participate in the growth of our newly formed AIM Center (Asset & Infrastructure Management).
